Numbers before the work, not after it
We don't publish a single price for a project, because anyone who does is guessing. What we can publish is how we work out the number, and where the starting points sit.
Advice
A focused session drawing on CREATIRO’s technical expertise. Bring a decision you're stuck on — build vs buy, a stack choice, a quote you've been given elsewhere, whether an AI idea is real. You leave with a written summary and a recommendation.
Best when you need clarity, not delivery
Discovery
One to three weeks of proper scoping: requirements, data model, integrations, risks and a delivery plan. Ends in a fixed price or a tight range for the build. The fee is credited against the build if you proceed with us.
Best before committing to anything substantial
Build
Websites typically start around £2,500; software and platform builds around £12,000. Priced from discovery, delivered in two-week increments, with the code and infrastructure owned by you at the end.
Best for anything going into real use
Care
Hosting, monitoring, backups, patching and a defined response time. Rolling monthly with no long tie-in, and small changes included on the higher tiers.
Best once something is live and matters
All prices shown exclude VAT.
What affects the number
- How clear the requirements are
- A well-defined scope is cheaper to build than a vague one. That's most of what discovery buys you.
- Integrations
- Talking to a modern documented API is straightforward. Talking to a twenty-year-old system with no docs is not.
- Who uses it, and what happens if it breaks
- An internal tool for five people and a public payment flow are different engineering problems, even if the screens look similar.
- Data
- Migrating and cleaning existing data is frequently the largest single line in a quote, and the one most often forgotten.
- Timeline
- Sensible deadlines cost normal money. Compressed ones cost more, and we will say so rather than quietly cutting corners.
